Thank you Dalia for going above and beyond for us on Black Friday. She was multitasking the whole time helping a full store while being the only rep on the shift. Helped my whole family out and we love our devices. Explained everything and made the process easy. Shoutout to her for her patience, some customers were frustrated and beyond rude given the wait and that she was the only person working. I feel for the employee. Dalia you were amazing and we will be coming back !

I recently had the distinct pleasure of interacting with Eddie, a Verizon associate, and the experience was simply unparalleled. Eddie was fantastic! He’s the only reason I didn’t walk out! Understaffed especially on iPhone release day is poor planning in my opinion. He made the experience better, very friendly and knowledgeable and acknowledged every single person! Next time make sure you have more staff on a day that you know is going to be busy! Poor guy couldn’t even take a break! His positivity and patience was remarkable and he deserves a raise! His fellow coworker did come in later and helped and she was very friendly as well.

Eddie was so helpful! I actually followed him from another store he was at, and I’m so glad I did. He handled switching my phone plan and getting a new phone so efficiently while also dealing with multiple other customers, but we all were totally taken care of SO quickly!

Dahlia you’ve just lost me almost $400. Your lack of communication about getting a new phone and my trade in has been costly. I knew I was getting poor service and CeCe tried to smooth it over- but 3 months later and I’m paying for it. Thanks for nothing. Honestly your laziness was appalling and I hope the manager sees this.

Eddie is a great salesman, I appreciate his quickness with resolving problems and understanding the problems before hand, knowing how to articulate the matter if I didn’t understand! He honestly deserves a raise. He’s doing really amazing work for this company !

Pretty poor customer service and communication by Dahlia. First thing to mention is you need a sign or something on the door to alert you to be buzzed in. They just sit and watch you try the door when they are supposed to be “open”. And the same goes for exiting. Not once did an employee say “let me buzz you out” or anything to that effect when they clearly know who they are finished helping. Missed opportunity to just use logic. Not an annoying system just annoying to see all the constant confusion and just make fun of customers instead of trying to help. Second- upon entering and saying “I need a new phone” I was met with silence, and then staring at the screen and typing. That was 95% of our interaction. I guess everyone should go online and see what they want or need before entering because no one will just talk to you about things. We were given some numbers and said okay, but our upfront charges were never said until it came time to have them. Okay but I expected some.. not someone just announcing you owe this much right now! no one walked us through anything just skipped thru and didn’t let us read anything, saying you don’t need this and that.. silently staring and clicking. then we get the receipt and all the amounts are wrong. We didn’t get told the full process of trading in the phone for a discount. Just complete lack of customer service. Dahlia had time to chat to CeCi though, including about other customers RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. I was over it about 17 seconds into her apathetic attitude but needed the phone. Won’t ever return though. After voicing our concerns and confusion about nothing matching up ceci did try to explain the price and dahlia did offer us any phone case. And told us they upgraded our plans (after the fact- not any communication about that? Also I’m not the main account holder just an added line) but I don’t trust that. Will be scrutinizing the phone bills now.
